Think nutrient dense.  You can nurture your body with nutrients by changing or starting one habit at a time.  If you have a habit to skip breakfast every morning then start a new habit by having warm lemon water when you wake followed by a green juice.  Make a new habit of adding a vegetable to every meal that you have.  If you often crave sugar and/or carbs then eat lean protein instead.  If you want French fries then eat a healthy fat instead like avocado or nuts.  If you crave salty snacks you may be lacking minerals so add green vegetables, garlic, and onion.  All of these will help fuel your body and make you feel more balanced.  #fuel4life
